Training and
Customer Service
Training can be handled a number of
different ways. In the event the equipment has been
installed at the customer's facility, a representative
from Ballinger Lonestar Packaging Systems (BLPS) can
be on the door-step within 24 hours.
In the event the equipment installed is the same as,
or closely related to a model presently on the BLPS
factory floor, the training can be performed on-sight
at the BLPS facility. This offers the customer the opportunity
to be involved with more that one department and a chance
to understand the services at hand. The training can
cover a larger spectrum of technology and components.
This style of training can also be performed on the
customer's actual equipment prior to its shipment.
Training at the customer's facility is many times preferred.
This offers a greater number of personnel the exposure
to the BLPS representative. This is also the preferred
method when there is more than one shift that may need
training.
Whatever the method may be, training and proper exposure
to the latest in technology is our goal at Ballinger
