Ballinger Lonestar Packaging Systems, Corporation is a full service engineering and custom system fabricator specializing in the design, manufacture, integration and installation of packaging systems including continuous motion cartoners, intermittent motion cartoners, conventional end load, servo top load and wraparound style case packers. Additional items include case erectors (tape & glue), case sealers (tape & glue), rotary pick and place devices for carton erection or coupon placement along with standard and custom conveyance systems.

Ballinger Lonestar packaging equipment can be designed and manufactured as a separate, stand-alone model or can be tied together as a fully integrated system. Careful attention is given in providing an assortment of machine to machine interlocks that allow proper shut down in the event of an emergency or excessive line back-up. Ballinger Lonestar also prides itself on its incorporation of robust mechanical components and its use of cam motion in critical areas of machine timing.

Ballinger Lonestar is located in the heart of Texas, in the city of Ballinger. It shares a facility that covers over 400,000 square feet.
