Factory Information

Ballinger Lonestar Packaging Systems, Corporation sets on approximately 120 acres. It shares the facility with a number of businesses like Buddy's Plant Plus, Corporation, one of the largest co-producers of soluble commercial fertilizer in the world. Other businesses on site include a full service chemical laboratory (B. Ballinger Laboratory), a full service industrial supply company (Ballinger Lonestar Parts, Corp.) which is also involved in servicing the surrounding area with bearings, belts, gearboxes, and other related power transmission and industrial electrical components.

Ballinger Lonestar got its start by developing custom packaging equipment for the Buddy's Plant Plus Corporation in the late 1980's. With the constant need for new packaging, the group at Buddy's Plant Plus was in constant search for faster, more efficient methods to overcome the tremendous growth.

In 1998 Ballinger Lonestar incorporated and began the largest equipment development program ever. It began prototyping many various models and styles of equipment.

• No-Dust Powder Fillers
• Jar Fillers for granulated products
• Volumetric Fillers
• Corrosive Resistant Vertical form/fill/seal Baggers.
• Countless Styles and Types of Product Conveyance Systems, including primary receiving of raw chemicals.
